Senior Leadership Coaching Programme
The Senior Leadership Coaching programme provides a developmental framework that supports the senior leader, senior leadership teams, and executives to achieve strategic and professional objectives within the organisational goals. Leadership coaching offers a confidential, objective intervention that enables positive and sustained change within the individual and the work environment.
By introducing established coaching concepts, models, strategies, and developmental tools, senior leaders are supported and challenged to reflect and take the appropriate action to achieve the desired professional and organisational goals.

The Senior Leadership Coaching package includes:
- Six one to one coaching sessions of up to 2 hours duration
- Telephone and e-mail support between sessions
- DISC behavioural assessments to identify behavioural strengths and challenges
- SLT meeting observations and feedback (where appropriate)
- An action plan for further development (where applicable)
- Evaluation to assess the impact of coaching against the stated goals and objectives
